Artisan Warranty

5 Year Structural Warranty included in projects over $5,000
Each Paloma Wilder creation is a small work of art meant to live with you for decades. We stand behind every piece with a 2-year artisan craftsmanship guarantee.
Included
-Structural repairs related to craftsmanship
-Stone tightening + setting evaluations
-One complimentary deep clean per year
-First ring resizing (within 1 year)
Exclusions
-Damage from impact, dropping, or bending and normal wear and tear
-Loss of center or accent stones
-Replacements due to daily-wear thinning
-Third-party alterations or repairs
-Damage from chemicals or third party repairs
Stone Security
-We recommend adding personal jewelry insurance (Jewelers Mutual, Zillion, or your homeowner's policy).
-Stone replacement from accidental damage can be covered by your insurer.
Your Care Requirements
To keep your piece strong and sparkling:
-Remove jewelry during workouts, swimming, sleeping, or heavy activity
-Avoid lotions, perfumes, and heavy cleaners
-Book an annual maintenance check

Lifetime Structural Warranty included in projects over $15,000
Your custom Paloma Wilder jewelry is protected for life from defects in craftsmanship.
Covered for Life.
Included:
-Structural repairs related to design
-Structural issues with settings, prongs, or solder joints
-Stone loss when caused by a structural defect
-Complimentary polishing and inspection (1 per year)
-First ring resizing (with-in one year)
-Cleaning for life
Covered for 2 Years:
-Prong tightening
-Stone security checks
-Professional polish + deep clean, Refinishing if needed (one per year)
Not Covered:
-Stone loss and scratches not related to a defect
-Normal wear, patina, thinning of bands
-Resizing after the first complimentary one
-Improper wear, impact damage, or chemical exposure
Stone Security:
