Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to receive any piercing related services; including jewelry inserts and removals and must provide identification, proof of age and relationship to the parent/ guardian in order to be pierced or have jewelry inserted into a piercing.

A birth certificate is required for all minors 15 and under.  A valid, government issued form of photo identification is required for both the parent and guardian.  A guardian must have proof of legal guardianship.
