This class will be taught by Patti Kelly, Licensed Esthetician, Facial Gua Sha Specialist, Owner of Yin Haven where she provides massage-forward holistic facials and sugaring hair removal, 1000 hr Ayurveda Esthetic Graduate from IBW Aveda and Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher

Contra-indications:

Recent Botox or filler (less than 3 weeks)

Note: Gua Sha and other facial massage techniques can be incredibly supportive of the skin prior to botox appointments to prevent dulling of skin tissue and help revitalize skin between sessions. It is always best to work very feather light over and around filler to prevent it from moving.

Acne & Medical Skin Conditions

Note: Regaurding widespread cystic acne or any other severe skin conditions , all inflamed areas should be avoided but neck work can be supportive to encourage detoxification and drainage to speed healing in affected face depending.
