DETAILS
Yoga flow linking movement to breath. After the session, sip a bevy and get a bond bracelet or reading in the studio. If you get hungry, pop downstairs to Strange Town for a bite.
ITINERARY
11 am Yoga Starts
11 am Readings available.
12 pm Bonds available.
INCLUDES
Yoga + wine or N/A choices.
Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of class. Bring a yoga
mat and a water bottle. Wear comfortable layers.
Must be 21+ with valid ID to drink. LIMITED CAPACITY.
